h3siod COMMS TOS. talks about: payment types, refunds, extra fees, etc. ▏1) Payment ⠀⠀⠀a) payment types are subject to change, but currently they are discord gifts (nitro, profile decor), genshin gifting (welkin, genesis crystals), cashapp (USD only), robux, and gift cards. these can all be discussed and are purely your preference as the buyer. ⠀⠀⠀b) payment is usually made in full before i start, but this can be discussed, i am veryyy open to doing different methods. ⠀⠀⠀c) as for adopts, im open to taking art payments, but i have the right to refuse any art offers. i do not take adopt offers for adopts. ▏2) Refunds ⠀⠀⠀a) i do not do refunds, its difficult with the style of payments i do. you can, however, cancel commissions before the final stage and ask for any edits or redos. ▏3) Extra Fees ⠀⠀⠀a) deadlines and faster requests are allowed, but, asking for this may require a rush fee. ⠀⠀⠀b) you can also ask to skip any waitlines/have priority, this will also have a rush fee.
h3siod COMMS TOS. talks about: copyrights, fair use, credits, inspos ▏1) Copyrights ⠀⠀⠀a) all my ideas, compositions, stylistic choices, etc. are mine and mine alone, any use of my works or ideas is not allowed! ▏2) Fair Use and Credits ⠀⠀⠀a) if you have bought a commission, you are free to use this commission as your profile picture and/or banner, and on any character profiles for websites like toyhouse and/or artfight, credits must be used when using my images though, just a simple @mention and/or link to any of my socials or sites would be perfect. ⠀⠀⠀b) if a commission is not yours, it is not up to me whether a piece can be used, get permission from the commissioner, and even after permission, you still have to credit me and link to my socials. ⠀⠀⠀b) commercial use, like a mascot, sprite, advertising, etc. is not allowed unless discussed beforehand. ▏3) Inspirations ⠀⠀⠀a) inspirations from my art and/or my characters is totally okay!, but, there is a line between copying and inspiration. i would recommend checking out user 2lainn on toyhouses terms of service to see a good explanation of the difference. i, as the artist, am allowed to define these lines, and will decide wether i deem it copying or inspiration. ⠀⠀⠀b) when it comes to adopts, inspiration is very welcome, again, there is a line, but i mostly enjoy seeing inspirations of my characters!
h3siod ADOPTS TOS. talks about: adopt reselling, redesigning, payment plans, and trading ▏1) Reselling and Trading ⠀⠀⠀a) reselling is entirely okay! if the adopt was free, like a raffle or freebie, message me about it and i'll sell it on my page! ⠀⠀⠀b) trading honestly has no restrictions! i would just like to know who the new owner is! but again not required. ▏2) Redesigns ⠀⠀⠀a) redesigns are totally cool! i would love if you keep up the original design somewhere, but its not required by any means. ⠀⠀⠀b) there are no restrictions on amount changed, but be sure to keep credits! ▏3) Payment plans ⠀⠀⠀a) i can try payment plans if an adopt is way over budget, just lmk if you have any ideas for payment plans!
